In the spirit of graduation, #TheAgencyNavigators challenge listeners to SHARE THE MESSAGE! Educate recent graduates on the career opportunities available and the "benefits" of the industry (no pun intended). You never know, a recent grad may be your newest hire!
If you are struggling with your hiring & talent pool - take a leap of faith on recent graduates. They may have limited job offers and be ready to work, learn and develop. They bring new energy and can build experience through internships. Plus, they are probably tech savvy!
