We have tactical, strategic, and organizational passion sure, but we realized early on that we also have a passion for process. As CFOs we want to talk numbers with our clients, but we also want to be a resource for future planning. Early on, we started to ask ourselves “how do we use strategy to improve our performance?” And thus, the 1-2 Cadence was born.
